At Your Nanny Matchmaker, we know no two families are alike, which is why we get to know both you and your family, as well as our nannies to ensure the perfect fit. We're proud to be the only agency that provides individualized education to our nannies before they are placed.
Nicole Attella Schwartz, RN
Nicole is our on-staff nurse who educates each nanny who will be placed with a family with a newborn. She also assists families who have children with medical needs.
Lauren Lucasiewicz, M.Ed
Lauren has a master's in special needs education, which she uses to assist families whose children have behavioral or educational needs. Lauren also educates each nanny with her customized process.
