application fee
A $300 application fee is due upon registering with Your Nanny Matchmaker. We start our search as soon as we receive your payment.
placement fee
A placement fee of 12-15% of the employees annual gross salary is due at the time of placement.
OUR PROCESS
How long does the process take?
An average placement usually takes 2-6 weeks from start to finish. That being said, with nannies in such high demand currently, placement times have been know to take a bit longer. We advise our clients to start their search around two months prior to their anticipated start date.
What areas do you serve?
We are a New England based agency; however, we provide services throughout the United States.
What qualifications do your nannies to have?
We require all of our nannies and household managers to have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience, CPR and FIRST AID certifications, and impeccable references. All of our nannies go through our education evaluation and individualized training before placement.
I'm a nanny. Do I need to pay any fees to work with YNM?
NEVER! At Your Nanny Matchmaker, we believe that a nanny should never have to pay to be placed through an agency.
