Founder & Owner

Alexandra brings extensive expertise and 14 years of experience in the nanny industry, encompassing diverse roles such as travel nanny and household manager. As the childcare industry rapidly evolved during the onset of the pandemic, Alexandra stepped forward to assist friends and neighbors in finding suitable nannies, which ultimately led to the establishment of Your Nanny Matchmaker (YNM). This agency was born out of her unwavering passion for children and commitment to ensuring equitable treatment for nannies, guaranteeing adherence to industry standards.

Alexandra's goal is to facilitate the ideal match between families and nannies while advocating for the rights and well-being of nannies. She strives to create an environment in which each family finds their perfect caregiver, supported by her dedication to upholding industry best practices.

Alexandra lives in Wayland MA, with her partner and their three pups. During her leisure time, Alexandra can be found on Lake Winnisquam, traveling, or trying out a new recipe.

Nicole

Nicole is our team RN with a degree from Northeastern University and an impressive 13-year nursing career. Throughout her journey, she has gained extensive experience across various healthcare settings, with a specialization in pediatrics.

Nicole commenced her career at the renowned Boston Children's Hospital, where she excelled as a Cardiac RN. Demonstrating her versatility and adaptability, she later embarked on a travel nursing path, providing invaluable services in pediatric emergency rooms, general care facilities, and long-term care/rehabilitation centers. Her dedication to making a positive impact led her to focus on treating and educating children and families with chronic disorders throughout New England, which has become a source of great joy for her.

Currently, Nicole resides in southern New Hampshire with her husband and three children. Nicole's commitment to excellence in pediatric care, coupled with her breadth of experience and passion for making a difference in the lives of children, distinguishes her as a remarkable healthcare professional. Her expertise and compassion ensure that she delivers comprehensive and tailored care to her young patients and their families.

Lauren

Head of Special Needs Education

Lauren has worked in education for over 10 years. She has her master's degree in education, and also has degrees and certifications in elementary education, special education, and administration. Before recently becoming a stay-at-home mother, Lauren worked as a special education teacher for students with autism in Dracut, MA. Before that, she worked in New Hampshire as special education teacher and as a special education administrator. Currently, Lauren is a nanny for a little girl and takes care of her son, Ryan.

Lauren lives in New Hampshire with her husband, son, dog, and cat! In her free time, she enjoys crafting, playing sports, and being by the lake or ocean!

Jennifer

Jen, who has her degree in psychology, has been working as a professional nanny for over 19 years. After a few years as a preschool teacher, Jen transitioned into nannying, and the rest is history! Although Jen has been a nanny for over 19 years, she has been with the same family for the past 11!

Her role has evolved as the family's needs have, and she is currently a household manager/family assistant outside of Boston, MA. Jen has a fantastic reputation of one of Boston's best nannies, and her longevity proves it! She is always the first to go above and beyond to help and advocate for newer nannies.

Jen currently lives in MA with her boyfriend. In her feee time, she enjoys reading, cooking, being by the water, and spending time with friends and family.
